Vegetables on the grill. There is nothing like it. Take some nice ears of corn, steam them with a few wet newspapers till they get that nice golden brown tan on them. A small tinfoil tent with squash and asparagus sizzling with a little vegan butter and salt. That perfect veggie burger with the grill marks.
Grilling can still be done. While I have not experimented enough yet to figure out which vegetables help to create that perfect smell to make your neighbors jealous, I am going to continue trying until I do.
