As our community continues to grow, we invite and encourage people to share their stories about the lifestyle. We bring passionate plant-based men (and women) in our team and give them a platform where they can talk and write about anything that contributes to the growth of the community.

Bryan

Bryan Dennstedt, an IT expert with over 20 years in the field, has worked with notable companies like IBM and Xerox. Beyond his technical career, Bryan is passionate about veganism, inspired by the film "Forks Over Knives." This led him to adopt a whole food plant-based diet and establish "Real Men Eat Plants." As the founder, he actively promotes veganism through blogging and hosting podcasts, sharing his journey and insights into a plant-based lifestyle.

Glen

The host of the eponymous podcast.

Glen is the author of Food Is Climate, Own Your Health and the novel Off the Reservation. He is co-author, with Howard Lyman, of Mad Cowboy and No More Bull!, and with Chef AJ, of Unprocessed and The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss. He is also a playwright and screenwriter. Ximena

Her activism, rooted in empathy, compassion, and a quest for justice, spans animal rights, human rights, and the interconnectedness of life. Ximena's efforts have led her to various communities, educating and aiming to inspire change. She's not just an advocate for veganism; she promotes sustainable living, emphasizing the impact of our choices on the environment and health. Besides her activist work, Ximena is a bilingual translator and ESL educator passionate about team leading who does her magic behind the scenes, helping keep the real men on point and on time.

Andrea

Introducing Andrea, our Chief Creative Officer, a visionary who has embraced the vegan lifestyle for nearly a decade. With a profound passion for design, branding, and marketing, Andrea utilizes her multidisciplinary skillset not just as a profession but as a form of activism, promoting the vegan way of life with every project she undertakes. Andrea's dedication to the vegan cause goes beyond the office, making her a true ambassador for a compassionate and sustainable way of living.
